Seasonal products

Our seasonal menu contains the best products of the Basque Country. Soft and flavourful red fresh “piquillo” peppers are a delicate start to a meal. Another of our favorites is the cod that we cook with the pil pil sauce, a very characteristic dish of the Basque gastronomy.
Whichever seasonal delight you choose, don’t miss SAGARDI´s classics, like the Donostia style wild fish or the Txuleton, a sublime aged beef cut always served with a side of Basque pride.
